What it looks at

Most leadership questionnaires tell you which type you are. This one is more useful than that. It scores you across five things that tend to decide how a period of change goes, and shows you where they don't match, because that gap is usually where the difficulty sits.

01

Navigating Uncertainty

How you lead when the path ahead isn't clear.

02

Leading People Through Change

Whether you can hold steady for other people while managing your own doubt.

03

Strategic Confidence

How readily you decide and act without all the answers.

04

AI & Future Readiness

How prepared you feel for technology reshaping your world of work.

05

Leadership Identity & Resilience

Who you are when the role, the team or the organisation changes around you.

It's worth three minutes if

  • You're leading through a restructure, transformation or change programme that nobody really prepared you for.
  • You're being asked to sound certain in front of your team while privately holding a lot of doubt.
  • You're wondering what AI means for your team, your role and your own value.
  • Your organisation is being reorganised around you and you've noticed how much of your identity sits in the job.
  • You're capable and senior and still not sure whether you want the next version of this role.

One of the more striking things that came out of the conversations behind this assessment: a lot of senior people reach a point where they genuinely question who they are beyond the job title. Restructures and redundancies do that. The leaders who come through it best are the ones whose sense of themselves doesn't rest entirely on where they work.

Common questions

How long does the leadership assessment take?

Twenty questions, about three minutes. You answer on a five-point agree-to-disagree scale and get your results on screen straight away.

Is it free?

Yes. It's free and there's nothing to buy at the end of it. You'll be asked for your first name and email so your results can be sent to you.

What do I get at the end?

A score across five dimensions of leading through uncertainty, with a short read on what each one suggests, and where the gap between them is worth paying attention to.

Is this a personality test?

No. It won't tell you which animal or colour you are. It's a set of statements drawn from real conversations with senior leaders about what actually makes change hard, and it reflects back where you're currently strong and where you're stretched.

Who wrote it?

Daisy Goreham, a leadership and career transition coach (ICF ACC) based in Worthing, West Sussex, working with senior leaders across the UK and internationally. She has lived and worked in the Middle East and Asia, and coaches online wherever her clients are. She spent over twenty years in senior roles across banking, consulting and digital transformation before coaching full time.

Will my answers be shared with my employer?

No. Your results are yours. Nothing is reported to anyone else.

Start with the three minutes

If what comes back is bigger than a questionnaire, that's the sort of thing I coach senior people through: leading a change you didn't design, a role that no longer fits, or a decision you keep circling.
