How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you're a senior leader who's achieved success but something feels off — whether it's sustainability, direction, confidence, or purpose — coaching can help. The discovery call is designed to help us both figure out if it's a good fit. There's no pressure to commit.
Do you only work with women?
No. I work with senior leaders regardless of gender. My coaching and advisory work is about leadership, not demographics.
Can I work with you if I'm outside the UK?
Absolutely. I work with clients globally via Zoom. Time zones are manageable — we'll find a schedule that works for both of us.
What's the difference between coaching and advisory?
Coaching is one-to-one work focused on you as a leader — your development, your decisions, your growth. Advisory is strategic support for organisations — change management, culture, people strategy, leadership development. Sometimes there's overlap, and that's fine.
