About Daisy
I've Led the Work
I Now Advise On
Before I became a coach and leadership advisor, I spent 20+ years in senior leadership across banking, consulting, change management, programme delivery, digital transformation, and automation.

The Corporate Chapter
My career started in banking. I worked my way up through a global bank into senior leadership roles that took me across the world — London, Dubai and India — leading large-scale change programmes, technology implementations, and operational transformation across multiple markets, including multi-million pound financial crime transformation.
I know what it's like to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, deliver under pressure, and lead people through change that nobody asked for. I've led programme management offices, consulting teams, and digital transformation initiatives — including leading teams through automation and digital change before most organisations had it on their agenda.
I also know what it's like to be the person everyone depends on — the one who always has it together — whilst privately wondering how long you can sustain the pace.
The Transition
I left corporate life because I'd spent years helping other people navigate change and realised I needed to apply the same principles to my own life. That's not a tidy story — it involved international relocations, a global pandemic, three children, and the gradual realisation that the version of success I'd been chasing wasn't actually mine.
I trained as a coach because I kept being asked for career advice — but I believed something more powerful than advice was available. The ability to define success on your own terms. To make decisions from a place of clarity rather than fear. To trust yourself again.
The Philosophy
Every role I've held in my career — I didn't know existed before I did it. That's not luck. It's what happens when you stay open to possibility instead of limiting yourself to what you can already see.
"What if it all works out?"
That question is the foundation of everything I do. Not blind optimism — a genuine reframe that opens up possibility where fear closes it down. It's the question I ask my coaching clients, the mindset I bring to advisory work, and the belief that drives Leading with Possibility.
What I Bring to the Table
Corporate Leadership
20+ years in senior roles across banking, consulting, and financial services. I've led global teams, managed P&Ls, and delivered complex programmes across multiple geographies.
Change & Transformation
Deep expertise in leading people through organisational change, technology implementation, restructuring, and cultural transformation. The human side of change is where I excel.
Digital, AI & Automation
Led teams through digital transformation and automation within large organisations. Now I coach leaders navigating AI-driven change every day — and I've adopted AI extensively in my own business. I understand the leadership challenges this creates.
Coaching & People Development
ICF Associate Certified Coach with a genuine belief that the best coaching happens when people are in a strong, capable place — not when they're broken. I help leaders unlock potential they've talked themselves out of having.

I'm a parent to three children, including navigating neurodivergence. I've relocated internationally multiple times. I understand what it means to build a life whilst building a career — and how the skills you develop in one absolutely transfer to the other.
